WFS Food Vendors

We are looking for BBQ vendors for the Wood, Fire, Smoke 2024 Festival. So get your smokers ready as 15,000+ hungry festival-goers will be clamoring for a plate. 

In light of the events of the past week, the DLDA Board has decided that the Wood Fire Smoke Festival will focus on supporting hurricane relief efforts. We are partnering with our local non-profits who will be present to collect donations for their causes and display the valuable resources they have available to the community. General donations will also be accepted to be distributed locally to those in need. As a token of appreciation, everyone who donates will be entered into a drawing to win gift certificates from local businesses. We will have vendors, music, food and some activities for the little ones as well as local non-profits. We are excited to come together for this important cause and look forward to making a positive impact with your help. Thank you for your support!

Wood, Fire, and Smoke reserve the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by festival staff. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until September 30th, 2024. If you withdraw from the festival on or before September 30th, 2024, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after September 30th, 2024.
 
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the WFS Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.
