About the event

Celebrating community through music on the porches of Virginia Highland! Kick-start the day with our Rock n Run at 11 am. Then, enjoy some of the best local bands and musicians in town on the lovely porches around the neighborhood from 12 pm to 6 pm with a finale performance from 6-7 pm in John Howell Park.

About the application

About the Event:
We are so excited to be launching our 4th Annual VaHi Porchfest on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Local bands will be jammin' and porches will be hoppin' as music fills Virginia Highland. We are selecting a few of our valued festival vendors to participate in the event. 
 
Schedule:
  • The Rock n Run takes place at 11 am. Bands start at 12 pm and end at 6 pm, with a finale performance in John Howell Park from 6 to 7 pm. Vendors must be loaded in by 10:30 am. You are welcome to wrap up at 6 pm.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their entire display, including tables, tent, chairs, table cloths, and other display items. Vendors must use a tent that is 100% white.
  • We'll be featuring your brand on our site and social media so please provide high quality images and logos.

Terms & Conditions

  • Rain or Shine - No Refunds
  • $15 application fee (plus 3% processing fee)
  • Once accepted, there is a $150 booth fee (plus 3% processing fee) for participation
  • Vendors must have proof of insurance
  • Vendors must use a white 10x10' tent
  • Approved vendors will be sent an email by April 1
  • We recommend that you bring an offline payment processing option due to crowd size and potential for limited cell/device service

Prices

Application fee $15 Non-refundable There is a $15 non-refundable application fee for VaHi Porchfest Vendors which is charged upon application submission.
10x10 Booth $150 Non-refundable Charged once approved to be a vendor, this fee is non-refundable.
