All Non-Profit organizations applying must sell a product with proceeds going to the organization. IMPORTANT DATES: 18 OCT 2024, FRIDAY-10:00 AM – 4:00 PM-check in and booth set-up. Strongly encouraged. 19 OCT 2024, SATURDAY-6:30-8:30 AM-check in and booth set-up. 20 OCT 2024, SATURDAY-9:00 AM-5:00 PM-booth open to public. 20 OCT 2024, SUNDAY-9:00 AM-4:00 PM-booth open to public. All Non-Profits will have a 10'x10' space. Payment information will be collected at the end of the application. _You will be charged only upon acceptance._If you are not accepted, you will not be charged._To apply as a Non-Profit Organization, you must have official 501(c)(3) status.

About the event

Started in 1988, The Autumn With Topsail Festival is held on the grounds of the Historical Society of Topsail Island and the Assembly Building which houses the Missiles & More Museum in Topsail Beach, NC. The festival features a highly selective Artists’ and Crafts Court with over 120 regional artists displaying and selling their work. Enjoy exciting live musical entertainment, a variety of amazing food with beer and wine, inflatables and crafts for children, and much more!
