We are here to assist, please email us at romegapride@gmail.com with any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by signing you are electronically validating and approving this agreement, your booth/application donation & any additional fees that occurred during the Market. We will close applications at midnight on February 5th.

We invite you to join us at Rome Georgia Pride's LOVE IS LOVE Market at Cosmic Dog Outpost. Come out and bring some friends for a beautifully gay afternoon of fun and shopping with all of our local vendors and artists. This open-air market features handcrafted goods by local artists and all of the makers, bakers, designers and food vendors who make up this vibrant community. No ticket is required to shop but donations at the Rome Pride booth are welcomed so, come on down! Rome Georgia Pride celebrates the diversity and inclusion of our neighbors, family, and community leaders. All proceeds benefit Rome Georgia Pride. Your participation will be a collective voice that we all belong and will also provide a spotlight for our LGBTQ+ and ally vendors to show off the amazing artistry we have in the Rome area. So, save the date, and let's show Rome that LOVE IS LOVE at Cosmic Dog Outpost at 1 Broad Street on Saturday, February 10th from 1 PM-6 PM. We process applications weekly and your account will automatically be charged once you are approved. These monthly markets are small and we have limited spots so a waitlist may occur. 

1. You must have your booth set up before 1 pm every market you are attending. Tents must be no larger than 10x10. Rome Pride does not supply tents or tables, those are the responsibility of the vendor.
2. You must stay setup throughout the duration of the event, no early break down. Vendors may break down at 6pm, but will only be allowed to bring their cars over by section. You must be prepared to cart your items in and out unless accessibility measures have been agreed upon between you and Rome Georgia Pride for the specific market you are participating in.

3. Make sure you pick up your trash and use the provided trash cans throughout the market.

4. Be Kind & Courteous to customers and your fellow vendors. 5. Vendors may start booth set-up at 11am and must be completed and ready by 12:40pm for the market start time at 1pm. There will be unloading and loading zones for vendors
