Vendors MUST wait until 1:45 pm to begin breaking down.
No vehicles may leave the vendor area until 2:00 pm.
All vendors must be out of the area by 3:30 pm.
A fee of $250 will be charged to vendors who attempt to leave earlier than 2:00 pm or stay later than 3:30 pm.Booth RentalAll booth rentals must be paid for online.You must have proof of payment to enter. Be prepared before you enter. You will be asked to go off to the side and join the line again if you are not ready with your payment proof.
Booth InformationOne vehicle per booth is allowed, please stay within your booth lines, and respect your neighbor’s space. Additional paid parking ($4) is available on the college campus. If you choose to park outside of the vendor area you may bring Clark's your paid parking receipt and we will refund you $4.00Two (2) vendors max per booth, even when two (2)) booths are purchased. A $100 penalty will be automatically charged to your card if more than two (2) vendors are discovered in your booth.
Contents of booth may not exceed more than 12” beyond the front boundary of the space. Fire & emergency services must be able to access all areas

You will be able to select the booth/s you would like to sell in. Subject to SCAFF approval.Tent/Booth/Covering SafetyVendors are responsible for safely securing canopies, tents, umbrellas, etc. and merchandise in the event of wind or natural disaster. 25lb & 35lb weights must secure all legs of your covering. Any covering deemed unsafe will be required to be taken down. Vendor shall not hold Clark’s Auction Company LLC liable for errors in safety and will be subject to litigation.Sellers PermitVendors are responsible for observing all California State Board of Equalization rules and regulations for selling goods and services. Most vendors need a Seller’s Permit if they sell new or handcrafted items or sell used personal items more than two times in a 12-month period. See Seller's Permit/Resale License Requirements for more information. Your permit will be uploaded online only.Pack Your Trash (as we say in Santa Cruz)It is the vendor’s responsibility to leave the booth clean. Booths found with refuse of any kind will be fined $25-$500. Cigarette butts are included. This will be charged to your card automatically and may result in suspension from the SCAFF. If you want to make sure you are not fined for having a neighbor leaving something in your booth, have a SCAFF team member inspect your booth prior to leaving. If your booth has garbage when you arrive, inform a SCAFF team member right away.
What You Can and Cannot SellAntiques, collectibles, jewelry, and clothing are the primary vendors. We are also allowing garage sale type vendors though they will be separated from the other vendors.

No new, household, general merchandise, or dollar store type vendors will be allowed. If your not sure give us a call and ask. If a vendor of this type is discovered at SCAFF, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.You may advertise your shop or website at your booth if it pertains to the merchandise you are selling. You will also have an opportunity to add your website and a photo to the site once approved.
Prohibited
Vendors are prohibited from engaging in any body puncturing, including but not limited to piercing of ears, noses, tongues, or any other body part, tattooing or any similar act that breaks the skin in any fashion.
•Vendors are not allowed to sell, market, advertise, give away, or have in your possession: pets, (except service animals) illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, medicines, nutritional supplements, alcohol, food, beverages, polystyrene foam disposable food service ware including cups and food containers, candy, stolen property, poppers, fireworks, firearms, weapons, switchblades, fixed blades of 2 1/2 inches or more, and/or any other illegal items.
• No living creatures of any type may be sold or traded.
• No medical treatment or any services that require physical touch are permitted.
• Vendors shall not sell or attempt to sell, market, advertise, give away, or have in your possession any property (i.e. counterfeit or knockoff items) or (intellectual or artistic) property (i.e. pirated items) which is the subject of a copyright, trademark or tradename, or other indicia of ownership, which you do not own or have license or other lawful right to sell; and do not engage in any activity forbidden by copyright/trademark/tradename protection laws, including.
`No obscene or X-rated materials of any kind may be sold.
It is the vendor's responsibility to know & understand Federal & California laws regarding restricted items.FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY OF THE ABOVE MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITH NO REFUNDConductPhysical or verbal threats or abuse, obscene, libelous, or slanderous conduct, disruptive behavior, willful disobedience, profanity, vulgarity, defiance of SCAFF authority, or the persistent abuse of SCAFF personnel will not be tolerated. It may result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the Flea Market.Cabrillo College is a non smoking campus. No Marijuana smoking of any kind is permitted including vaping. If discovered, you will be asked to stop immediately, and or be asked to leave and or be fined $100. This will be charged to your credit card. Vendors may also lose future privileges of selling at SCAFF.No alcohol consumption of any kind.No loud music is allowed.FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY OF THE ABOVE MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITH NO REFUNDRainy Days
There will be no fair on rainy days. SCAFF will watch the weather closely.Applications may be denied for any reason. Filling out the application and picking your spot does not guarantee approval.
SCAFF Reserves the right to refuse anyone the opportunity to sell at SCAFF.
