About the event

Bring the entire family for a FREE fun-filled, interactive walk around North Pond at Creekside Park. We will have vendors, music and, of course, the Easter Bunny! Drop by any time between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

About the application

Do you want to market your business/organization while helping out the Easter Bunny himself? Join us as a vendor for the 2024 Bunny Hop at Creekside Park. We will provide small gifts for you to hand out as our guests walk around North Pond at Creekside Park.
 
Please be aware this is a marketing event only. Due to the limited space, we cannot allow interactive activities at vendor tables, i.e. prize wheel, games, etc.  We need to keep the parade of people moving along the trail, so please limit your interaction to handing off a piece of candy and a brochure or similar. 
 
We will not be allowing any vendors to sell any products, this includes food. This is for marketing purposes only.

Terms & Conditions

 
GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION
  • Event is scheduled for Friday, March 22nd, 4:30-7:30pm at Johns Creek City Hall - 11360 Lakefield Drive, Johns Creek GA 30097.
  • Vendors should arrive between 3:00pm - 3:30pm to set-up. Your area will be marked around North Pond in Creekside Park (we will provide you with a map before you arrive).
  • All vendors must be setup and ready by 3:30pm, please allow adequate time to get to your spot and get set up. At the completion of the event, vendors are required to clean up their area. 
  • All vendors need to provide their own tent (no larger than 10x10),
  • City will provide 8ft table and 2 chairs.
  • Vendors are encouraged to decorate booths in Springtime theme.
  • Electricity WILL NOT be available to vendors. 
  • Vendors are not allowed to sell items at this event. 
  • Vendors are required to stay at their booth. Vendors cannot solicit away from their booth.
  • Vendor booth, signs, information, activity, etc. shall not be political in nature.
  • The attached waiver must be signed and submitted to Dylan Penick, dylan.penick@johnscreekga.gov
