About the event

The application process for the Alive in Roswell 2024 season will begin on February 12, 2024. Alive in Roswell is a FREE monthly festival held every 3rd Thursday evening (5:00 - 9:00p.m.) from April through October. April 20, May 16, June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17 The festival is held concurrently at two locations on Historic Canton Street and Roswell Antique and Interiors Lot. Free regular trolley service connects the venues. The festival features live music, food trucks, interactive vendors, and enjoys participation from the many boutiques, small businesses and restaurants surrounding the venues. Hosted by the City of Roswell and made possible by presenting sponsors Gate City Brewing Company and Top Job Beverage and Events, this energizing festival offers unique opportunities for sponsors to highlight their businesses and their commitment to the community to thousands of residents and visitors. Availability is limited. The City of Roswell's Special Events Division has control over vendors accepted to Alive in Roswell and reserves the right to limit booths of similiar types. Vendor price is $1750. The price is for all seven Alive in Roswell events. Payment for vendor space will not be processed until the vendor is accepted. There is no alcohol sales/serving as a vendor during this event. All alcohol and beverage sales have been pre-approved by the City of Roswell's Special Events Division. There are no food sales or samples permitted during this event. All food sales have been pre-approved by the City of Roswell's Special Events Division. Food trucks are booked by Fab Food Trucks. About the application

This application is to be a vendor at the Antique Lot venue for Alive in Roswell 2024. Vendor spaces are located in the Antique Lot on the corner of Webb Street and Canton Street.

Be aware of what venue you are applying to have a booth space. If you put in an application for the wrong venue, please submit a new application under the correct venue. There will be no moving of vendors from one venue to another for the duration of the festival season.
 
To become an eligible vendor for Alive in Roswell 2024, the application form must be completed and submitted for review. A City of Roswell event staff member will contact you if you are selected as a vendor. Applications will be considered based on the date received. Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
 
If you miss two or more of the seven Alive in Roswell's without letting your event staff member know, you run the risk of not being accepted to the festival in the future and maybe asked not to attend for the remainder of the season.
 

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information carefully before you submit this vendor application. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and agree to the following regulations. Items forgotten will not be provided by the City of Roswell. 
 
Process: Applicants please read the following guidelines.
  1. All applications are reviewed and approved by the City of Roswell’s Special Events Division.
  2. The City of Roswell’s Special Events Division has control over the vendors/participants accepted to the festival and reserves the right to limit booths of similar type.
  3. After application is received and reviewed, you will receive confirmation of your participation through email.
  4. Payment for booth space will not be processed until the vendor is accepted. Payment must be received to secure a location. Booth fees are non-refundable.
  5. Once payment is received, you will have the opportunity to choose your location from the map (first come first served).
  6. Vendor applications received after the application deadline may or may not be reviewed for acceptance to the festival.
  7. The City of Roswell is not responsible for the loss or damage of merchandise.
  8. All decisions are final. Please understand that we are unable to discuss acceptance or non-acceptance with vendors by telephone or email.
  9. Completion of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
  10. This application is for a 10x10 space. You must fully fit into the10x10 space, you will not be permitted to extend beyond this space. If additional space is needed, two spots will need to be purchased.
Vendors must provide their own: 
  1. One (1) 10X10 Tent with proper weights (no staking), unless otherwise authorized. 
  2. Tables that fit within your booth perimeters, and chairs for you and your staff.
  3. Electricity is not available in this location.
  4. Generators will only be approved on a case-by-case basis by the event staff. They must be quiet so as not to disturb other vendors, event or attendees.  
  1. Vendors will check in with Special Events staff upon pulling into the Antique Lot beginning at 3 PM on each event date.
  2. Set up may begin at 3 PM and take down must be complete by 9:30 PM.
  3. Canton St. closes to vehicular traffic at 5:00 PM. Set up in this lot cannot impede pedestrian traffic on sidewalks or in the public right of way.
  4. All setup must be complete by 4:45 PM. This includes moving cars outside of the venue area.
  5. Although we ask you to break down beginning at 9:00 PM, you will not be able to bring a car in or out of the event before the road reopening. It is dangerous for us to get cars in or out of the event. We are happy to try to help you work on a plan for an easy breakdown; please discuss with Special Events staff before the first event in April.
  6. Vendors will be notified by an event staff or Police Officer when it is safe to drive in the event area. Driving in the event area before the road is open is prohibited and vendors will face possible exclusion from all future events. This is a safety precaution that is expected by all of our vendors.
  7. Festival is rain or shine. If weather becomes a factor, the event will not be canceled until the day of the event. A Special Events staff member will contact you if there are changes or cancellations.
  8. No-show/No-Call vendors will forfeit payment and will not be allowed back to the event after three (3) no-show/no-call occurrences.
  9. Playing or projecting music is not allowed. Music for the event is provided by pre-approved talent.
  10. There is no alcohol sales/serving as a vendor during this event. All alcohol and beverage sales have been pre-approved by the Special Events Division. Selling or serving alcohol without the necessary City of Roswell Alcoholic Beverage and Catering license is not permitted.
  11. There are no food sales or samples permitted during this event. All food sales have been pre-approved by the Special Events Division.
  12. Designated booth spaces may not be relocated.
  13. Designated areas may not be sublet or shared without preapproval. If a vendor is observed selling product(s) or sharing booth space that was not approved on the vendor application or by event staff, the vendor will be asked to stop immediately and will be considered in violation of the vendor agreement and face possible removal from the event.
  14. No refunds or adjustments will be granted.
  15. Vendor designated area should be left clean and free of trash upon event closure. All large trash items must be removed by the vendor after the event (product boxes, etc).
  16. All vendors must show respect to the community “our customers” and the event staff. As a vendor, you are now the image of Roswell and bad behavior, violence, harassment, rude or disrespectful behavior is grounds for immediate removal from the event, loss of vendor payment and a police escort if deemed necessary.
  17. Sponsor/Vendor herby agrees that monies collected shall be used for designated event with any excess funds to be used for any and all other Special Events within the City of Roswell. Liability waiver and release: Liability Waiver and Release: I, hereby assume all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participation in the rental activity planned by my group. In considerations of the City of Roswell providing permission to use the space requested, I, and all members of my rental group, do hereby release the City of Roswell, including all officials, officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, supervisors, volunteers, participants, and all other agents, of any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, arising from and by reason of, and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting from participation in the rental activity planned in the City of Roswell. By reading this information and submitting this vendor application, you are agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers for Alive in Roswell 2024 and made a part hereof by reference. Any violation of these guidelines will result in forfeiture of the designated area without refund.
