Panel/Presentation Application

Panelists at ImmerseCon 2024 are allotted a 1.5-hour slot to lead discussions or presentations, either on the central stage or in a designated conference room. This opportunity allows industry experts, educators, and enthusiasts to share insights, engage with the audience, and discuss various topics in gaming and STEM.

Immersecon is an annual convention that seamlessly blends the worlds of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and gaming. Immersecon aims to craft an immersive experience on a large scale that caters to a diverse audience, ranging from avid gamers and tech enthusiasts to educators, students and industry professionals.

Content Guidelines: Panel topics should be relevant to gaming, STEM, or related fields and suitable for a wide audience.
Equipment Use: Basic audio/visual equipment will be provided. Specific requirements must be submitted in advance.
Conduct and Speech: Panelists are expected to maintain professional conduct and speech.
Audience Engagement: Interaction with the audience is encouraged, but respect and inclusivity must be maintained.   *All deliverables are non-refundable under any circumstance
