Food Vendor Application (SNACK FOOD & FOOD TRUCKS)

All vendors, exhibitors and businesses will need to complete this application in order to receive a booth space at the Arts, Crafts, & Music Festival.

 

 

Application fees are nonrefundable. Festival happens rain or shine. Money must be paid in full at the time of submitting the application to be considered. 

 

We try very hard to get everyone in their preferred spot, but sometimes adjustments must be made.  If there’s a spot you’d like, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get you close to where you want to be.  For MM&M festival, setup times vary depending on whether you are on the courthouse lawn or on the Square.  We will have volunteers on hand to help you get situated and to address any issues you may have.  

 

 All festivals begin at 10am and end at 5pm, both Saturday & Sunday – Rain or Shine!  For the Arts & Moonshine Festivals, if your assigned space is on the courthouse lawn, you may set up your booth any time after 9am on Friday, and if on the Square, any time after 4pm. Please keep in mind that we host a Friday night concert at the Courthouse, so expect heavy traffic that evening. If you choose to set up on Saturday, please have your booth set up no later than 9am.
