Non-Brewery Vendor Rules & Regulations: - Vendors will be housed under the covered Truist Point Stadium Concourse
- Vendor placement at the festival is on a first-come, first-served basis
- Each vendor is allocated one (1) 10ft x 10ft space
- Tables and chairs are NOT provided
- Your vending booth must be adequately staffed at ALL TIMES!!!
- Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval - you must receive an official approval message from Eventeny to participate in this event

Food Truck Vendor Regulations- All food trucks must be self contained and have silent generators
- Your food truck must be adequately staffed at ALL TIMES!!!
- Submit Necessary Permits: To be considered as a food truck for this festival, you will need to upload an official copy of your NC food permit, a valid health permit, and proof of insurance to protect both the vendor and the event organizers
- Menu Variety: Offer a diverse and appealing menu to cater to a wide range of festival attendees with different food preferences. Consider including options that pair well with beer
- Health Regulations: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations set by local health authorities to maintain a clean and safe food preparation environment
- Professional Presentation: Maintain a clean and well-presented food truck to enhance the overall aesthetic of the festival
- Capacity and Logistics: Ensure that your food truck has the capacity to handle the expected crowd at the brews festival. Plan logistics for efficient food preparation and service
- Pricing Transparency: Clearly display prices for all menu items to provide transparency to customers. Consider offering combo deals or specials for festival-goers
Refunds- All sales FINAL - method of payment is charged upon approval
- All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable
- No refunds or credits will be issued for no-call or no-show
- No refunds for inclement weather
Inclement Weather- The Carolina Core Brews Fest is a rain or shine event
- Vendors will be placed under a covered area
Vendor Obligations- Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel required for their booth or display at the event.
- Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies during the event.
- Vendor shall ensure that their products and/or services are of high quality and meet all relevant health and safety standards.
- Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required to sell or promote their products and/or services at the event.
Insurance Vendor shall maintain a policy of commercial general liability insurance (including Liquor liability if alcoholic beverages are sold, if applicable). Vendor shall have $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 General Aggregate covering bodily injury, including death, and property damage. Vendor shall also carry the following: Workers Compensation insurance with employer’s liability coverage of at least $500,000 per accident or disease (if applicable). All liability insurance shall name Forward High Point, Inc., Forward High Point Foundation, Inc. and High Point Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc. DBA Visit High Point as an additional insured. Certificate of Insurance should be provided to Forward High Point, Inc. thirty (30) days prior to the event.
Vendor Approval RestrictionsApprovals are made for non-conflicting vendors only. This is to ensure that all vendors have a fair chance of promoting and selling their products.
