Your information, pictures and social media will be reviewed. Space is limited, please apply early.    Your Vendor Fee: Pays for Ads, Venue, Staff and your space.

All fees must be paid the week of your acceptance.Please Read to avoid repeated questions: Set up:Arrival: Arrive one hour before event to set up your table and area.Please arrive at 8:45am to begin your set up. Bring your own 6ft Table & ChairSpace: is indoors a 6ft table with two chairs space only. Baked Goods: Must be wrapped or in a package to sell. Label any ingredients to avoid allergic reactions. Prepared in a safe matter (by NY laws) Break down: No early break downs! Tasha will give signal to break down. (Looks bad if customers are still there shopping.) If you breakdown early you will not be able to sign up for future events. NO SHOWS: If you are unable to vend, please contact market. No shows without notification will be placed on the Naughty list and blocked from signing up to future events Garbage: At the end of the event, you are responsible to clean your area and leave it it clean. Carry in and carry out policy. Cancellations: No refund if you cancel the two weeks, week or days before event Parking: Park to unload near entrance once set up, please park on other side of parking lot area Near Bill Gray's  Please: leave space outside of venue for customers to park.
 If you don't move your car , you will be placed on the naughty list.
Plenty of parking all over marina!  Advertisement: I will advertise on all social media with paid ads: Rochester Area, Buffalo & Syracuse. We appreciate if vendors help in advertising. Vendors must advertise on their social medias the event as well :) Let's make this a success together! :) Laws: Highly recommend that your business follows all state tax regulations.  
All vendors should have insurance if event is outside. Inside not needed If you are experiencing any COVID Symptoms, please stay home. Reschedule for another event date.
