Holiday Vendor

Join us as a vendor at the vibrant East Market Holiday Fair! This festive TWO-Day event is a hotspot for holiday shopping, featuring live music, performances, a dazzling snowflake lighting, a 20-foot Christmas tree, and a lively atmosphere. This event is in collaboration with Jefferson Hospital, East Market PHL, and Live24HRS.  Your offerings will be showcased to a crowd eager to support local businesses and find unique gifts. Review Process: After you submit your application, our team will conduct a thorough review of your work to consider you for the event within 24 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged.  Parking: Free parking is available at Park America Garage located at 15 S. 12th Street (next to the City Fitness). Just park as normal and someone from our team will give you a voucher to validate your parking before you leave. Setup Details: All vendors are provided with one 6ft table and are required to bring their own chairs (if needed), grid panel displays, easels, any materials needed for presentation.
 
Setup on the day of event begins at 3pm. The event starts at 4pm and ends at 7pm. Upon approval all details will be emailed to you.
 
Sales: Vendors keep 100% of their sales.

REFUNDS /CANCELLATION/VENDOR CREDIT: 
East Market PHL and Live24HRS DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which East Market PHL and Live24HRS  has no control. Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 2 weeks in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit. 
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
 
I agree to indemnify and hold East Market PHL and Live24HRS and their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the East Market PHL and Live24HRS, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Live More Marketplace. I understand and agree that East Market PHL and Live24HRS is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
