Come check us out at 100 seabreeze Rockport, Texas. Rockport Fulton Market Days is on the 3rd weekend of the month and is open from 9 to 4 pm.

About the application

Welcome to the Rockport Fulton Market Days! 
In response to the increased traffic from the crawfish festival and the hours of the crawfish festival, we have decided it will be best to extend the hours for Rockport Market Days on Friday and Saturday. So only for March, our new MANDATORY hours will be from noon to 6:00 pm on Friday and from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday. 
Please note that on Friday, vendors are welcome to set up and begin selling at 9:00 am, but are required to remain open until 6:00 pm. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we strive to accommodate our growing customer base and ensure a successful market experience for all.

This is an electronic agreement and by signing you are electronically validating and approving this agreement, your booth/application fees & any additional fees that occurred during the Market.

Terms & Conditions

  1. We process applications within 48hrs of receiving them and charge your CC on File once you are approved.
  2. You must have your booth set up before 9 am every day you are attending.
  3. If you need to leave early please discuss it with ACM Texas. If you leave without letting us know you will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file.
  4. Make sure you pick up your trash daily and use the provided trash cans throughout the market. There will be a trash disposal fee of $20 if at the end of the market when we are going around cleaning and we see any zip ties, cigarette butts, bottle caps, or any other personal trash items in your booth space. 
  5. Be Kind & Courteous to customers and your fellow vendors.
  6. If you need electricity please let us know ahead of time by adding it to your application. We do have limited outlets so it is first come first serve. If you are caught using unpaid electricity there will be a charge of $30.
  7. Eventeny charges an application/maintenance fee of 3% & a standard credit card processing fee of up to 3.5% per sale. We do understand that our economy is tough at the moment so we are going to ABSORB 50% of those fees for our vendors. (Starting end of 2022/Beginning 2023)
