Use of natural materials: clay, fiber, wood, metal, handblown glass, etc.
Overall quality of workmanship.
Overall creativity of your craft.
Completeness of this application with photos and links to your social accounts and website.
Marketability - Customer demand for your products.
Attractiveness of your booth (include a photo)

Terms & Conditions

Applications will be accepted through January 31, 2024. You will receive an email confirmation when your application is received (Please be on the lookout for it from Eventeny, our software system).

PAYMENTS: To save $10, choose the Pay in Full option. Or, you may choose the First Installment and Second Installment options. We will not charge your card unless you are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you find it necessary to cancel by March 31, we will refund your payment, minus a $25 jury fee. If you cancel April 1-30, we will refund the application fee minus a $50 jury/admin fee. No refunds after April 30, 2024. Please do not apply if you are not sure you can attend.

INDEMNITY:

By submitting this application, I acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the information outlined in the vendor information pages. In addition, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lavender Festival, Jackson Square Association and its members, and the City of Oak Ridge, their officers, employees, and agents for any claims, damage costs and attorney fees for injuries or damages arising from our participation in Lavender Festival.

I give permission for the use of the images supplied with this application, for promotional purposes.

Prices

10x20 Double Booth (Full Payment)	$450.00	Non-refundable	Installments are not available for a Double Booth.
10x10 Booth (Pay in Full & Save $10)	$250.00		Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. SEE REFUND POLICY above.
Electrical Outlet (very limited)	$60.00	Non-refundable	Electrical outlets are very limited.
10x10 Booth Space (First Installment)	$130.00		Optional - Pay half of your booth space at acceptance; half on May 1. If you choose the "Pay in Full" option, you will save $10.
10x10 Booth (Second Installment - Charged May 1 if applicable)	$130.00		This is the second installment, which will be charged on May 1 if you are accepted. Note: Save $10 by choosing the "Pay in Full" option.
