Downtown Lenoir/Non-Profit Business Application

Are you a Downtown Lenoir Business or a Non-Profit? Would you like a vendor space in the Festival footprint? If so, we've got you covered. This Vendor Application is reserved for Downtown Lenoir businesses & Non-Profits only.  The North Carolina Blackberry Festival in Downtown Lenoir is an excellent opportunity for vendors. Hosted by the Downtown Lenoir Development Alliance, the festival is in its twenty-first year.
 
The 2-day festival brings in people from all over the state and is one of North Carolina's premiere street festivals.

The North Carolina Blackberry Festival is a celebration of blackberries, cobbler, and fun! Held in Lenoir, North Carolina, the festival offers tons of family-friendly events. There's free music, kid's activities, and a blackberry-eating contest. We have delicious blackberry cobbler for sale, while it lasts! You can find all sorts of tasty festival food and shop from hundreds of vendors. We even have a Blackberry Cobbler Parade! So, come get your fill of fun and blackberries during the North Carolina Black Berry Festival! Hosted by the Downtown Lenoir Development Alliance in partnership with Downtown Lenoir, the festival is in its twenty-first year.

The NC Blackberry Festival reserves the right to approve or deny this application. You will be notified whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made until May 15th, 2024. If you withdraw from the festival on or before May 15th, 2024, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after May 15th, 2024.
 
Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellation Insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the Blackberry Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.
