SATURDAY DECEMBER 2ND    THIS IS A ONE DAY POP-UP AND DOES NOT OFFER A RAIN DATE. LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE.  
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR VENDOR FEE INCLUDES A TABLE AND CHAIR RENTAL 
 
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ASSIGNED SPACES: ALL SPACES ARE NOW ASSIGNED PRIOR TO THE EVENT. SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED IN THE ORDER THAT THE APPLICATION IS RECEIVED & APPROVED. WE WILL ORGANIZE THE SPACES TO NOT BE CONFLICTING TO THE NEIGHBORS YOU HAVE (i.e. We will not place two candle vendors next to each other) THERE IS NO PREFERENCE IN SPACE, IF YOU SIGN UP LATE TO THE EVENT YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE SPACES THAT ARE REMAINING, WE HAVE TO BE FAIR TO THOSE THAT COMMIT EARLY. 
 
EVENT WILL ONLY BE CANCELLED IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER

LOCATION: Bella Abzug Park -  Hudson Yards (516 W 34TH ST, New York, NY 10001)
 
Event is outdoors so please be mindful there is no public electricity available  Postponement of original scheduled date will only occur if there is inclement weather during the time of the event.
 
BOOTH AVAILABILITY: This application is for  WELLNESS PRODUCTS, FOOD VENDORS AND ANY OTHER SMALL BUSINESS 
 
TABLE SPACES: This space will allow a 6ft x 4ft space to be used, you are able to utilize this space in whichever way you like. This includes bringing hanging racks or clothing racks that can be set-up next to your table. Table spaces are strictly placed within the park. Table that is provided is a standard 6ft folding table. 


 This application is for Wellness Products, Food Vendors and any other small business not mentioned in other applications.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK THAT YOU CHOOSE A TIER OF WHAT YOUR SET-UP WILL MOSTLY INCLUDE. WE WILL BE REVIEWING YOUR WEBSITE/PAGE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING YOUR APPLICATION. ALL TABLES AND TENTS WILL BE AUDITED BEFORE THE EVENT - IF YOU ARE SELLING OUTSIDE OF THE CATEGORY PICKED, EXTRA FEE WILL BE CHARGED AT THAT TIME. OTHER APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
 
Why is there different pricing tiers?
Our original mission at Colored Colors was providing opportunities for local artists of mixed media discipline. We want to provide opportunities for ALL but we lean towards a more affordable space for our artists. We still encourage small businesses to join our events as we have still priced our fees relatively lower than other event organizers throughout the state of NY. 

 
 
Vendor fee will be completed after we confirm your application. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. Your submission is not a confirmation for participation. If your card declines we will try again within 24 hours, if this occurs twice your application will be rejected and needed to submitted once more.

Returning for a 3RD YEAR we welcome the holidays back to Bella Abzug Park! This time we bring it back for a ONE DAY NIGHT TIME POP-UP to enjoy the holiday lights. We take over BLOCK 1 to feature all of our artists, artisans, food vendors , makers and small businesses that make the local community strive. We hope to see you all there!

Colored Colors is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors or patrons are within limits of the event. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 
 
In addition each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products.
 
Colored Colors is not responsible for any sales that the vendor must make. We do not take any commission of your sales after the vendor fee is paid.  We take responsibility in marketing this event through all our socials, community partners and within event outlets throughout our community. 
 
In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, and forces of nature or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond the respective control, the event will be postponed. In the event an event is FULLY cancelled by Colored Colors, the contract is null and void (no longer valid) and vendors will receive a full refund. 
 
REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THIS DECISION WILL BE MADE BY COLORED COLORS & PARTNERING ORGANIZATIONS. 
 
To protect our business the following Refund Policies are put into place starting January 1st 2023. 
There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATIONS. In the event of a last minute cancellation (up to a 7 days before the event), you will have the option to receive 50% of your paid vendor fee to be used as a credit for another event.
