1. Fan Club/Organization Tables are expected to be manned throughout vendor hall hours and may not be dismantled prior to this without authorization. Kpop Mini Con will not be held responsible for any issues arising from an unmanned booth during show hours. 2. Fan Club/Organization Tables are not permitted to make any onsite sales transactions at their table. This includes selling merchandise/tickets or taking donations. You are welcome to direct attendees to your website though.
