Terms & Conditions

Fee includes one 8ft table space or fee for 1 6ft table rental and a chair.
 
Electricity is NOT provided. Vendor placement is up to the discretion of the event organizer.
 
Vendors must stay the duration of the event.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all supplies and equipment necessary for their set up and operation.

Refunds will not be given unless the event organizer cancels the event in its entirety. Vendors are expected to operate during event hours.

Set up time will be Saturday, December 9th from 8am-10am ONLY!  Vendors must arrive by 9am in order to begin set up. 
 
THE BIG No Nos
(a list of things that is unacceptable and will have you removed from future shows and all monies lost)
 
1. Leaving Early
Tearing down early seems to be a trend at many other locations but not with OhLuxury. This is extremely disrespectful to all parties involved.

2. Arriving Late
Each event starts at a specific time, your booth space should be ready for business by the event start time on each event date. Ready for Business means that someone should be at the booth/truck and it should be opened for business.
 
3. Parking Incorrectly
Every parking spot taken up by a crafter/vendor in customer parking is one less customer for you to see. Parking will be communicated as we get closer to the event.
 
4. Respect
Every person and THING deserves this. BE KIND, please.


Waiver & Release Of All Claims
I, the participant in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which the participant (s) may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such program. 
 
I, the participant in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or the participants may have as a result of participating in the programs against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees.
 
I, the participant in this event/program agree to fully release and discharge the above named and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, including death, damage or loss which I or any participants may have or which occur to me or the participants on account of participation in the above programs. 
 
I, the participant in this event/program further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entity and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and/or losses sustained by the participants and arising out of, connecting with, or in any way associated with the activities of the above programs.
 
I have read and fully understand the above program details and I fully understand that “This is a release of all claims”. 
 
The Vendor understands that exclusivity on products for sale and location of set up is not guaranteed.

Prices

Space Rental; no table or chairs $50 Non-refundable There is a $50 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon approval of application. Please make certain fee's are available. This fee is for space rental ONLY. No table or chair will be provided.
8ft Space with Table & Chair SOLD OUT Non-refundable With this fee you will receive an 8ft space with 1 6ft table and 1 chair.
