Big Easy Food Vendors (non Food Trucks)

This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. No one may sell crawfish except previously approved vendors. Please note: Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. This is a rain or shine event.

 

Vendor selection/Approval:

Permittee/Vendor shall assume all risks incident to or in connection with the special event and shall be solely responsible for damage or injury, of whatever kind or nature, to person or property, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the event or the conduct of permittee’s operation. Event/Vendor main contact hereby expressly agrees to defend and save the Town, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives harmless from any penalties for violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation affecting its activity and from event activities or conduct of its operation or resulting from the negligence or intentional acts or omissions of permittee or its officers, agents, and employees, including permittee’s invitees.

 

Vendor/Permittee agrees to abide by all Town of Little Elm parks rules and event load in/load out and clean up procedures.
