About the event

As artisans and makers ourselves, we at Lily & Sparrow Mercantile have a passion to give the makers, farmers, artisans and artists space to sell directly to our guests. One way we do this is through offering Market Pop-ups on the Green. This holiday season we want to host artisans and makers who create items fit for gifting our friends and family! Hosted at 1177 Reynolds St SW in Covington.

About the application

Our heart is to elevate the artisan & maker with hopes of encouraging the greater Atlanta region to support the local community in celebration of the season. Our Yuletide Market is for artisans and vendors whose products are ideal for gifting this Christmas season! 🎁🎄
 
WHEN APPLYING: PLEASE select ALL potential dates that you are interested in.

Please do NOT select these dates when applying. You will see them listed, because there are events occurring these dates, however there is no more vendor availability. If you would like to be considered if someone drops, please message us through Eventeny and we will make a note of it.

Terms & Conditions

Applications must be submitted the week prior to the pop-up event. All event fees are charged upon approval and are non-refundable. 
 
In the event of a last minute emergency, we may consider moving your confirmed date to accommodate a future pop-up event. This does not apply to poor weather conditions, we are in Georgia.
 
Anyone that makes & plans to sell prepared foods must hold a cottage industry license or must hold a food license in the state of Georgia (catering, food trucks, etc.)
 
All events are rain, cold, or shine.  We do not give rain checks for future events unless approved by the event organizer.
 
The event organizers and Lily & Sparrow Mercantile LLC are not responsible for accident or injury that may incur in the unloading, set-up, take down, loading or participation in any event held in the hosting property at 1177 Reynolds Street SW Covington, GA 30014

10x10 Tent Space - Outdoor - NO Electricity $45 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable
10x10 Tent Space - Outdoor - WITH Electricity $55 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable if choosing electricity you must provide your own extension cords
Food Service (Restaurant Pop-up or Food Truck) $85 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Food artisans and makers, please see other pricing. *** Anyone that makes & plans to sell prepared foods must hold a cottage industry license or must hold a food license in the state of Georgia (catering, food trucks, etc.)
Inside Pop-up (smaller space) $40 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable We only have two spots available. If you apply for this it is not guaranteed you will be assigned indoors. We will let you know upon approval if you are confirmed indoors or will have an outdoor space.
