Food Vendors

Apply here if you are a food vendor! Please make sure to submit all necessary paperwork.   **Failure to complete all required paperwork will result in a rejected application.

City Hall is being turned into Santa's Village! Join us for the Tree Lighting and arrival of Santa Claus, then stay and enjoy our other activities. North Pole Cafe - Enjoy delicious goodies! North Pole Post - Write a letter to Santa with our lovely volunteers. Elf Patrol - Visit the East Wenatchee Police Department's booth to have your mug shot taken. North Pole Fire Department - The Wenatchee Valley Fire Department will have fun activities. Polar Bear Den - The East Wenatchee Library will be reading stories in the Polar Bear Den! Santa will be set up in the fire truck, so families are able to stand below him and take photos from a safe distance.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: All participants shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless  the City of East Wenatchee and both of their officers, members, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, and all of the vendor’s representatives, successors, heirs, and assigns from any and all liability, and for claims, including those arising from negligence, and or claims, for illness, injuries and damages that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in Wings 'N Wishes. 
 
Department of Health compliance will be verified prior to the event.
