"HALLOWEEN BASH 2 POP UP SHOP " Guest can enjoy a fun day of shopping & supporting small businesses while enjoying great food, drinks . We are bringing some amazing local small businesses that are looking forward to seeing you there!! You can expect to see a variety of different items such as Clothes, Skincare, Accessories, Candles, Bakery goods and so much more!! This is a family friendly event & a great event for ALL to attend + IT'S FREE! The will be the Amazing Entrepreneurs showcasing their products for purchase. FREE EVENT for the FAMILY Come and take you free selfie with your family in our photo booth. Okan Nani Specialty Venue will host a memorable event for you and your loved ones to spend quality time and share your thoughts with like-minded people.

About the application

This is the  vendor Application. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed. You will be notified of your application status and approved vendors will be invited to purchase their booth locations.
 
Event will be held indoor and outdoor in Omega Activity center and is rain or shine. 
 
UPDATE: Vendor fees are now associated with the booth location you choose after approval of you application. 
 

***Vendor indoor spot are $75 (plus  processing fees) (Included 6ft table and 2 chairs )
****Food Truck $100

  
*Please note all accepted vendors must bring at minimum 1 bag of candy to this event.
 *** Vendor need to donate an items for the raffle

Vendors may have access to event space beginning 12:00 pm. The event concludes at 6:00 pm and vendors have until 6:00 pm for break down. Participation in the  OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop , is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

First come first serve limited.
Is also your responsibility to promote the pop up shop, invite as many people possible and must important to interact with other vendors and guest:

** We provide the pop up space, brand promotion, a network of like minded vendors, and a unique selling experience.
The outcome of your specific sales experience is beyond our control.  We can not offer a refund if you did not make sales.

Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control,
OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is cancelled by 
OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition,
OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons.
Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
We do not require vendors to have any permits & licenses to operate in the Pop up Shop. (Florida), to be approve as a vendor : Is the vendor responsibility to obtain permits, license and comply with all rules and regulations.
Okan Nani Pop Up Shop  invests a substantial portion of income in our marketing efforts in order to spread the word, invite the public thereby increasing opportunities for success at each marketplace. 
By signing you agreed your photos can be use on the social media for marketing purpose
When you submit your Application, you acknowledge having read and reviewed the linked Vendor Space Agreement (the “Vendor Agreement”) and Okan Nani Specialty Venue Pop up Shop  Rules & Regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”), which set forth the terms and conditions applicable to merchants at the   Okan Nani Specialty Venue Pop up Shop   , i.e. operating hours, permitted merchandise and onsite services. The Vendor Agreement and Rules and Regulations shall automatically become a binding legal agreement between you and   Okan Nani Specialty Venue Pop up Shop  upon your acceptance of this offer by your payment of the Vendor Fee. Do Not Pay The Space Rental Fee If You Do Not Agree To Be Bound By The Terms Of The Vendor Agreement.
