Vendors may have access to event space beginning 12:00 pm. The event concludes at 6:00 pm and vendors have until 6:00 pm for break down. Participation in the OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop , is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons.
Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
We do not require vendors to have any permits & licenses to operate in the Pop up Shop. (Florida), to be approve as a vendor : Is the vendor responsibility to obtain permits, license and comply with all rules and regulations.
Okan Nani Pop Up Shop invests a substantial portion of income in our marketing efforts in order to spread the word, invite the public thereby increasing opportunities for success at each marketplace.

When you submit your Application, you acknowledge having read and reviewed the linked Vendor Space Agreement (the “Vendor Agreement”) and Okan Nani Specialty Venue Pop up Shop Rules & Regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”), which set forth the terms and conditions applicable to merchants at the Okan Nani Specialty Venue Pop up Shop , i.e. operating hours, permitted merchandise and onsite services. The Vendor Agreement and Rules and Regulations shall automatically become a binding legal agreement between you and Okan Nani Specialty Venue Pop up Shop upon your acceptance of this offer by your payment of the Vendor Fee. Do Not Pay The Space Rental Fee If You Do Not Agree To Be Bound By The Terms Of The Vendor Agreement.
