The Wood, Fire, Smoke Festival is a celebration of our heritage and commitment to art, design, and innovation. A collection of skilled craftsmen, artisans, and chefs will converge downtown, highlighting the ingenuity that put Lenoir on the map. Set in beautiful historic downtown Lenoir, Wood, Fire, Smoke offers loads of fabulous vendors, restaurants, bars, shops, live musical entertainment, attractions, and exhibitors. In past years we have seen 15,000+ festival-goers enjoy Wood, Fire, Smoke, and this year promises to be another fabulous fall festival! Come celebrate with us on October 21, 2023, and have your senses entangled by the raw elements of Wood, Fire, and Smoke! Festival hours: Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm. Wood, Fire, Smoke is a city-sponsored event.

We are looking for BBQ vendors for the Wood, Fire, Smoke 2023 Festival. So get your smokers ready as 15,000+ hungry festival-goers will be clamoring for a plate.

Terms & Conditions

Wood, Fire, and Smoke reserve the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
Accepted vendors may request a cancellation by September 30th, 2023, for a full refund of their Vendor fees. No self-cancellations will be honored after September 30th, 2023.
 
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the WFS Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.

Prices

Application Fee $25 Non-refundable Application fees will be charged immediately after you submit your application. The Application fee and Booth fees are both refundable if Cancellation Insurance is purchased and a cancellation were to be made by Wood, Fire, Smoke. Application fees are non-refundable under any other conditions. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke and you the applicant.
Food Truck Space 24' $275 Non-refundable Vendor Space fees will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke and you the applicant. The Deposit fee and Booth fees are both refundable if Cancellation Insurance is purchased and a cancellation were to be made by Wood, Fire, Smoke.
Cancellation Insurance $40 Non-refundable Cancellation Insurance fees will be charged upon approval. Cancellation insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees, and due to Wood, Fire, Smoke initiating the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke and you the applicant.
Electrical Outlet 110v 20amp $30 Non-refundable Outlets are limited. 110v 20amp Electrical Outlet fee will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke and you the applicant.
Electrical Outlet 110v 30amp $40 Non-refundable Outlets are limited. 220v Electrical Outlet fee will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke and you the applicant.
Electrical Outlet 220v 50amp $45 Non-refundable Outlets are limited. 220v Electrical Outlet fee will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke and you the applicant.
