At Buds and Bubbly, we welcome all types of vendors and exhibitors to showcase a diverse range of offerings to our esteemed guests. While we encourage creativity, we prioritize vendors exhibitors with tasteful presentations that uphold the prestige of our event.
 
To apply, please fill out this vendor application form and don't forget to upload pictures of your logo, products, and table setup (if available). This will help us better understand your brand and enable us to promote your business through our marketing channels.

 

REFUNDS /CANCELLATION/VENDOR CREDIT: 
 
Buds & Bubbly DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which Buds & Bubbly has no control.
 
Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 1 week in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit. 
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
 
By participating and completing an application, applicant agrees to indemnify and hold Buds & Bubbly, their officials, staff, venue, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Buds & Bubbly, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
Applicants acknowledge that applicants are responsible for the security of their own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Buds & Bubbly. Applicant also understands and agrees that Buds & Bubbly is in no way responsible for applicants property or safekeeping.
