The annual
Art Fair Jackson Hole (AFJH) is a quintessential Jackson Hole summer event featuring professional local and national artists selling fine art and craft including ceramics, paintings, furniture, photography, fiber art, sculpture, and much more. The event attracts enthusiastic locals and thousands of tourists who visit Jackson, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone National Park every summer. Since 1965, the AFJH has become Jackson's largest and most popular annual outdoor art-centered event.

The Art Fair JH is presented by the Art Association of Jackson Hole, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and is our largest fundraising event of the year. All proceeds, including application fees, booth fees, and admission, directly support programming, studio access, outreach, gallery exhibitions, and opportunities for artists to present and sell their work. *No refund will be given after April 22, 2024. 90% refund given on booth fees if cancellation occurs between April 8 and April 22, 2024.
Application Requirements- Application must proportionately reflect what the artist intends to exhibit at the show.
- Only one medium may be represented per application.
- Artists interested in applying in more than one medium must submit multiple applications, one per medium. Each application must be accompanied with the $40 non-refundable application fee.
- Applications are reviewed by a blind jury, therefore the artist’s name or business name MAY NOT appear anywhere in the Artist Statement, on images of the artist’s work (includes signatures), in the booth image, or in the descriptions of individual images. Applicants may use a block of color or the blur effect to cover their name or business name in photos. Applicants who submit any of the above mentioned with their name or business name may be disqualified.
- Your 500 word (maximum) Artist Statement is required to include identification of medium and processes or techniques used, specific explanation of how work is produced, disclosure of number of employees (apprentices or assistants) and their role (if more than one) and if an outside source such as a foundry or printing lab, etc. is used.
- Art must be entirely designed, created and exhibited by the applying artist. No reproductions, buy/sell, unlimited editions, or mass-produced work allowed.

*Booth options will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis from the date exhibitors accept their invitation through their Eventeny account.
Booth Policies- Artists are to provide their own display tent, booth, racks, and/or tables in order to display their work in an outdoor environment.
- Artists must secure their tent and displays to withstand inclement weather. Tents must either be weighted with a minimum of 40lbs per leg and/or staked. Straps must be used to secure the tent to weights or stakes. No exceptions.
- The Art Association is not responsible for providing any booth or display items or equipment for exhibitors.
- Power is available to an extremely limited number of exhibiting artists. Generators are not allowed.
Set Up: Thursday, July 25- There is absolutely no driving on the lawn for booth set up or teardown.
- The Art Fair Jackson Hole is hosted on a well-maintained park lawn owned and operated by The Center for the Arts.
- Exhibitors must use a cart, wagon, dolly, or other non-motorized form of transportation to bring their booth, display, and sellables from the on-street parking to their booth space.
- Exhibitors will be assigned a specific time to unload and register with A!A event staff.
- The Art Association and their staff and volunteers are not responsible for and not available to help exhibitors unload, set up, or tear down their booth.

Jackson, WY: Accommodation & Parking- PLEASE plan ahead and book refundable accommodations EARLY. We recommend making a booking as soon as you submit your application.
- The Art Association does not provide accommodation options or discounts for exhibitors.
- Exhibiting artists are responsible for making their own accommodation bookings.
- AFJH does not provide parking for trailers. If you have a trailer, be sure your accommodation will permit you to park your trailer on-site. If your accommodation does not permit on-site trailer parking, you are responsible for making other arrangements for your trailer.
- Parking in a nearby parking garage is available Thursday through Sunday for participating artists who have standard passenger vehicles. The parking garage cannot accommodate tall, oversized vehicles, RVs, or trailers.
- Jackson, Wyoming is a highly sought-after tourist destination due to its proximity to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park, in addition to the many exciting tourism opportunities offered in town. For this reason, the summer season is extremely busy, meaning accommodation and parking opportunities are limited and book early.
- We will give notice of acceptance and/or waitlist in late Spring. By this time, many of the affordable accommodation options will be booked! Refunds will not be granted on the basis of an exhibitor being unable to secure accommodation. We therefore encourage applicants to book refundable accommodation when they submit their application.
