About the application

About the Event 
Date: October 20-21, 2023
Time: Friday: 5 p.m. - midnight, Saturday: 10 a.m. -10 p.m.
Location: Pfluger Park - 515 City Park Rd, Pflugerville, TX 78660
 
Event Activities: A weekend packed with children's games and activities, live music, shopping booths, and plenty of pfood!
 
This year there are 3 levels to choose from based on a prime location at the Pfestival for Regular Vendors. Food vendors will be in set spots due to the fire code.  
 
A reminder that this year non-profits are allowed to set up at the Community Pfair on Sunday in Pfennig Park for free! Apply to that application, if you are interested in participating. 
Otherwise, if you're a non-profit and would like to participate Friday and Saturday, you will need to submit this form as a regular or food vendor and be selling items, food, or drink. 
 
Berlin Booth (Booth location in front of Main Stage near Beer booth and Front Gate) $350.00 per booth
Munich Booth (Booth location in the center of the pfestival) $300.00 per booth
Frankfurt Booth (Booth location along the trail towards Gazebo) $250.00 per booth
Food Vendor: $350.00 per booth
Austin Public Health Temporary Food Permit: $240.00
Beer Booth: $400 per booth. 
Extra Vendor Wristbands:  $8.00 each 
(Each booth spot is 12x12ft  and comes with 4 vendor wristbands)

Booth space is limited and spaces may fill before the entry deadline.
 
Vendor Guidelines
 
Arrival & Setup Time: Accepted vendors will receive a letter with all information regarding check-in, set-up and breakdown for the event. Vendor vehicles must be parked in the parking lot, carts and wagons can be used to transport equipment. Staff, committee members, and/or city equipment will not be available. Booths are to be open for business starting at 5 p.m. on Friday and following event opening hours each day.
 
Teardown: All accepted vendors agree to remain open for business on-site until the event ends at 10 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2022. All trash and equipment must be out of the park Sunday, October 22, 2022. Sunday, break-down hours are from  10 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 
 
Unauthorized Vendors: Those vendors who have not registered and paid the booth fee will be ushered off the event site by Pflugerville Police Officers. This includes those who walk and hand out information, or try to sell products of any kind while walking through the crowds, attempting to set up a booth, or standing within the event site to sell. 
 
How to know you are accepted as a vendor: A "Notice of Acceptance" will be sent to you by email once your application is approved and payment is processed.

Terms & Conditions

I agree to the following conditions:
1.Food vendors are limited to two vendors selling the same item (water, soda does not count).
2. No home-prepared foods allowed. Cottage vendors allowed under special circumstances.
3. If it is not listed on the application, you may not sell a food or drink item.
4. No alcohol sales allowed unless an approved beer booth. Specialty drinks should be noted.
5. Food vendors must obtain a $240 Temporary Food Permit before the event unless you have the Pflugerville sticker inspection from City of Austin for mobile food vendors
6.Booth fees are non-refundable, and this event is rain or shine.
7. This year non-profits are allowed to set up at the Community Pfair on Sunday for free! Otherwise, if you're a non-profit and would like to participate Friday and Saturday, you will need to submit this form as a regular or food vendor, and be selling items, food or drink.

12x12 Frankfurt Booth- Base Level $250 Non-refundable Frankfurt Booth (Booth location along the trail towards Gazebo) $250.00 per booth Extra Vendor Wristbands: $8.00 each (Each booth spot is 12x12ft and comes with 4 vendor wristbands.
12x12 Munich Booth- Middle Level $300 Non-refundable Munich Booth (Booth location in the center of the pfestival) $300.00 per booth Extra Vendor Wristbands: $8.00 each (Each booth spot is 12x12ft and comes with 4 vendor wristbands.
12x12 Berlin Booth- Top Level $350 Non-refundable Berlin Booth (Booth location in front of Main Stage near Beer booth and Front Gate) $350.00 per booth Extra Vendor Wristbands: $8.00 each (Each booth spot is 12x12ft and comes with 4 vendor wristbands.
Electrical Outlet- 120V $75 Non-refundable a 120v power outlet will be available, must bring 100 ft extension cord.
