About the application

Welcome to the 2023 Washington State Swap Meet! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. VENDOR INFORMATION 
  • Swap Meet Hours:
    • Friday Sept.8th 8am-6pm
    • Sat Sept.9th 8am-7pm
    • Sun Sept.10th 8am-3pm
  • The Washington State Swap Meet is open to all types of sellers: from the general yard seller to antiquers, collectors items, vinyl records, car parts, oddities, crafts, homemade goods, refurbished/upcycled, artisan-made. 
  • Vendor spaces are available by weekend ONLY. Day passes are NOT provided. 
  • Once your application is submitted it will go through a simple approval process. Once approved you will receive more information on arrival times, load-in/out, etc. If you have any questions in the meantime please contact Nikki Darling at Nikki@DarlingProductionsLLC.com.

Terms & Conditions

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: All participants shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Darling Productions LLC, City of East Wenatchee, Eastmont Metropolitan Park District and all of their officers, members, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, and all of the vendor’s representatives, successors, heirs, and assigns from any and all liability, and for claims, including those arising from negligence, and or claims, for illness, injuries and damages that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in the 2023 Washington State Swap Meet.  Department of Health compliance will be verified prior to the event.
