Unleash your wild side and join us for Pride in the Wild at the Detroit Zoo! Our all-ages, family-friendly extravaganza features fabulously fierce performances by Monica Beverly Hillz, from RuPaul's Drag Race, along with an all-star lineup of local drag entertainment, jaw-dropping aerialists, and pumping DJs. As you prowl + explore the zoo, you'll encounter the majesty & magic of the animal kingdom and our entertainment, all while supporting incredible non-profits doing important work in our community: Affirmations Community Center, Ruth Ellis Center, and Ferndale Pride. Food + drinks will be available all night, so come hungry like a lion! Ages 2 and up require a $35 ticket - but trust us, it's worth it to be part of the herd. Slay Events presents dynamic vendor opportunities as part of its LGBTQ+ Pride in the Wild event held at the Detroit Zoo. Each vendor opportunity offers a unique chance to support and uplift the LGBTQ+ community while making a meaningful contribution to local LGBTQ+ nonprofit organizations. With engaging activities, including live performances, educational exhibits, and the chance to explore the zoo's captivating wildlife exhibits, Pride in the Wild combines celebration, advocacy, and philanthropy to create a truly impactful experience.

Terms & Conditions

Business vendors participating in Pride in the Wild sponsorship program are hereby prohibited from selling any goods, food, or items on the premises during the event. The sponsorship agreement is intended solely for promotional and branding purposes, and no commercial transactions or sales are permitted.
 
The business vendor has the option to provide promotional swag as prizes for the Promotion.
 
Décor and Signage: Balloons, confetti, inflatable's, balls, flying discs, and open flames are never permitted on
Zoo grounds or in its facilities for the safety of animals.
 
All transactions involving business vendors are considered final and nonrefundable. Once a transaction with a business vendor has been completed and payment has been made, no refunds or cancellations shall be granted under any circumstances.
 
The business vendor must promote the event on social media and share promotional assets.

Prices

Application fees $5 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $250 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Business is required to provide their own table and tent. Business vendors participating in Pride in the Wild sponsorship program are hereby prohibited from selling any goods, food, or items on the premises during the event. The sponsorship agreement is intended solely for promotional and branding purposes, and no commercial transactions or sales are permitted.
