About the event

Jazz & Seafood is a free City of Hapeville concert on July 15th from 7pm-10pm in Jess Lucas Y Teen Park. The evening will feature performances from Major Scale Band and Nightwind Jazz, as well as food from local vendors. We are currently seeking vendor applications from artists and makers. We have filled all of our spots for food vendors, so please only submit an application if you are an artist or maker vendor.

About the application

To be considered for a vendor spot at Jazz & Seafood, you must: 
 
  • Complete the Transient Vendor Application
  • Complete the Indemnification Agreement 
  • Provide links to a website or social media accounts that demonstrate the products you will be selling
  • Satisfy the vendor selection criteria
  • If you have been a vendor at a Hapeville event in the past 2 years, you can just write N/A for Event References. 
After receiving the above information, we will contact you regarding whether your application was accepted. The week of the event, we will email an event diagram and additional load-in instructions. Please email jjones@hapeville.org with any questions you may have. Thank you!

Terms & Conditions

We will select vendors based on the following criteria:
 
  • Vendor must be an artist or maker: Some exceptions may be given for those selling handmade/artisan items that they did not make themselves.
  • Aesthetic value: We will evaluate the photos of your products on your website and social media to determine if they are a good match for the event.
  • Uniqueness of products. Most handcrafted goods are welcome; however, we don't want to have too many vendors in any single category (for example, too many vendors selling oils or soaps).
  • Food/beverage vendors have already been scheduled for this event. If you are a food vendor and possess a county/state food permit and liability insurance, you can email jjones@hapeville.org to be considered for future events.
  • We do not currently accept CBD/hemp vendors.
