About the event

Hosted by SPS Productions, Art for a Good Paws Art Show will have several artists from the local area show casing their wonderful talents in various mediums. This show will include several pieces never been seen, artists at their first debut, live canvas painting, and several pieces which 100% proceeds will go directly to Planned PEThood of Georgia. Please join us in the special events room of the Distillery of Modern Art on July 16, 2023 from 1-5pm. Drinks may still be purchased through DoMA.

About the application

We are looking for artists to be showcased at the Sundays in the Park Art Show hosted by SPS Productions on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 1 - 5 pm. Art will be exhibited at the Distillery of Modern Art - 2197 Irvindale Way, Chamblee, GA 30341. 
 
Artists are welcome to fill their space with as many pieces as they see fit. Assigned space will be a minimum of 6ft wide. Once all artists are selected, an official space size will be announced. No art may be hung or leaned against the walls. Artists may use 6ft collapsible tables or easels. Both tables and easels can be rented from SPS Productions, or brought by the artist. Should the artist find a new way of displaying art, please reach out to SPS Productions with details for approval. Artists will need to provide their own artwork display cards showing the name and price of each piece. 
 
Please submit at least 5 pieces of work for review along with your application.

Terms & Conditions

There is no fee to apply for this show. There is a $40.00 fee if you are accepted to the show and a requirement to donate one piece of art to raise funds for Planned PEThood of Georgia. Should the donated artwork not sell, the artist will be given the choice of donating the artwork for future shows or to regain ownership of the work. 
 
Application deadline is June 18, 2023. Artists will be notified of selections by July 1, 2023. Payment is due by July 2, 2023 at 6pm. Artists that have paid in full will be promoted on the SPS Productions social media through advertisements and sneak peeks. An artist’s name cannot be added to the event page until payment has been made.

Prices

6 ft (minimum) space $40 Non-refundable Artists are welcome to fill their space with as many pieces as they see fit. Assigned space will be a minimum of 6ft wide. Once all artists are selected, an official space size will be announced.
Table $35 Non-refundable Tables are available for renting. Requests for tables must be made at the time of application submission. Late requests can be made but will not be guaranteed .
Easel $25 Non-refundable Easels are available for rental. Requests for easels must be made at the time of submitting application. Requests for easels can be made at a later date, but it is not guaranteed that one will be available.
