ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:
• Completed Vendor Application
• Signed Vendor Agreement, Rules & Regulations, and Indemnification & Waiver of Liability (one for each person that will be present at your tent during the event).
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Boynton Beach CRA & City of Boynton Beach as additionally insured.
• A photo(s) of your products and/or vendor display.
• Boynton Beach Based Applicants will get $25 OFF the vendor fee when they upload proof of residency (Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Business Tax Certificate).

VENDOR FEE:
• Accepted Payments: Check, Money Order, Cash, Credit Card.
• A credit card is required to submit the vendor application, even if you are not paying with a credit card.
• Cash only accepted in-person.
• Payment via credit card is an option, but will have a 5.9% + $.30 processing fee.
• If paying with a credit card, you will be charged only after the application has been approved.
• If you are NOT paying with a Credit Card, your Credit Card WILL NOT be charged after the application has been approved.
• Deliver or mail checks and money orders (Make out to Boynton Beach CRA) to the below address.

•Vendor space includes: 1 tent, 1 table, 2 chairs, and lighting (Tablecloth not included but highly suggested) OR Food Truck space. The BBCRA will provide access to up to 400 watts of power IF NEEDED. Electrical needs in excess of 400 watts will incur an additional fee, which will be determined on a per case basis. •$25 OFF for Boynton Beach based applicants - Please upload a Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Business Tax Certificate as proof of residency.
