Vendors may only choose up to 3 spaces. Spaces are priced from $250-$400 based on Locations chosen. Each vendor space is 10 x 10 and does not include electricity or water. Vendors must provide their own tent, generator, lights, chairs, etc.
UFO Festival will run from Thursday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 6th. Thursday is optional, you may set up, open and sell from 12 noon to 9pm, (Set up 9am-12 noon), Friday - 10am to 10pm, (Set up 7am to 10am) / Saturday - 10am to 10pm / Sunday - 10am to 6pm. * Vendors are required to be open full event hours.
Overnight security will be available on Thursday, Friday & Saturday night. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property and equiipment at all times. While limited security personnel will be on duty during the event and overnight, no security personnel is responsible for loss, theft or damage to any property left on the Festival ground at any time. Vendors must make every effort to safely ecure their property.
Close down (Th, Fri, Sat): Vendors must shut down & be ready to leave the premises by the times listed above.
Tear down (Sun): Vendors must stop selling and shut down and leave the premises by the time listed above.
Parking: No vehicles are not allowed on Main Street, 4th St, 5th St Except during set up hours. Vendor vehicles may park on in the Chaves County parking lot off of Virginia Ave, public parking on the 300 block of Richardson, public parking on the Southside of the Roswell Chamber of Commerce.
Inspections - Generators/propanes: Prior to opening all vendor generators & propanes must be inspected by the Roswell Fire Marshal and the LP Gas inspector. (Fees for these inspections are the responsibility of the vendors).
City of Roswell Business Registration: Deadline to request a registration is Friday, June 27, 2025. For more information call the City of Roswell Permit office at 575-637-6280. Note: You will not be assigned a vendor space without a permit/business registration.
