Welcome to the Twain Harte Summer Festival event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Categories: Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category. If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 25% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted. Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted. Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited. Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category. Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece. Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments. Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature. Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered. Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed. Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Set up for the festival: Friday 07/25/25 after 3pm or Saturday 07/26/25 7am to 9:30am.  All vehicles  MUST be removed from set up area by 9:00am.  

Tear down for the festival: Sunday 07/27/25 5pm-6:30pm.  Vendor area MUST be cleared for through traffic with all vendor supplies and vehicles cleared from the vendor area no later than 6:30pm.  Vendor is responsible for keeping vendor space clean of debris and packaging.  Vendor is responsible for keeping with in their 10x10 or 20x10 space, no signs or displays may be placed outside of vendor booth.

Terms & Conditions
Acceptance, Fees, Payment Process & Deadlines: Once exhibitor has been approved and accepted, the Application/Contract constitutes a legally binding agreement with EMG for the checked events only.No Refunds Policy:  All vendor booth sales for events hosted by Sun Poppy Markets & Events (SPME) are final.  Once a vendor booth has been reserved and paid for, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the vendor.No Transfer Policy:  Vendor booth reservations are non-transferable.  This means once a booth has been purchased, it cannot be transferred to another party, vendor or event.Facility Policies:  All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety shall be strictly obeyed and enforced.  No open flame of any kind is permitted in the festival area.  All tent canopy's must be fire safe (material or sprayed with retardant).California Resale License: Required, upload.Business Insurance: Required, add Sun Poppy Markets & Events as an additionally insured.  Upload Liability Certificate of Insurance (COI).  Sun Poppy Markets & Events17063 Mountainside Drive, Soulsbyville, CA 95372Vendor Booth/Space: No vendor booth is to close prior to 8pm on Saturday 7/26/25.  No vendor booth is to close or pack up prior to 5:00pm on Sunday 7/27/25.  Vendors closing early on either day of the festival may not be invited to future Sun Poppy Markets & Events vendor opportunities.  Vendor spaces are 10x10 or 20x10.  Booth must be manned during festival hours.  Vendor may not display items including signage outside of their assigned space or block a neighboring vendor space.Amendment/Termination of Contract: SPME shall have full power to interpret and/or to amend any and all rules and regulations.  Agreement may be terminated by SPME at any time when/if any of the conditions are breached by the exhibitor.  Any payments made by the exhibitor prior to termination shall be retained by SPME.  SPME reserves the right to resell said booth space.Exhibitor Photos:  Photos submitted will be used by SPME for advertising the market or event.
