EXHIBIT SPACE AVAILABILITY & PRICING (PAID SPACES ONLY)

 

Exhibit space is limited! You must submit an online application for processing and approval. Upon approval of your Exhibitor Application, your payment method will be charged. If there is an issue with the payment method, we will reach out to you, but a failure to communicate and pay in a timely manor will result in a forfeiture of the space.


Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific space assignments. Your exhibit space assignment (as determined by Tucson Comic-Con) will be sent to you in a separate email as we draw closer to the start of the show.

Load-in and load-out information will be provided in the Exhibitor Packet you'll receive no later than one week prior to the show.

 

EXHIBIT HALL

Exhibit Hall Artist Alley Tables: $200.00 each
Artist Alley spaces are ~ 6' x  6'. Included with each Artist Alley Table:

— One (1) 6' by 2' Table

— Two (2) Chairs

— Two (2) Exhibitor Badges

Limit two (2) Artist Alley Tables per artist!

NOTE: The sale of products or services at Artist Alley tables is limited to Exhibitor’s Own Creations. The sale of third-party products and/or services of which Exhibitor has no creative involvement is strictly prohibited. If you are selling 3rd party merchandise, please purchase an Exhibit Hall Corner Booth(s), Inline Booth, or Retail Table. 

 


Exhibit Hall Retail Tables: $325.00 each
Retail Tables are ~6' x 6'. Included with each Retail Table:

— One (1) 6' by 2' Table

— Two (2) Chairs

— Two (2) Exhibitor Badges

Limit one (1) Retail Tables retailer!

NOTE: Retail tables are intended for exhibitors that would like to sell 3rd party merchandise but do not need the space of a 10' x 10' booth. Retail Table spaces are the same size as Artist Alley Table spaces and do not have pipe and drape. Please carefully consider your space needs before applying for a Retail Table.


 Exhibit Hall Inline Booths: $450.00 each
Booth measures 10' by 10' and includes pipe and drape on 3 sides. Also included with this booth:

— One (1) 8' by 2' Table

— Two (2) Chairs

— Two (2) Exhibitor Badges

 


Exhibit Hall Corner Booths: $550.00 each
Booth measures 10' by 10' and includes pipe and drape on two sides. Also included with this booth:

— One (1) 8' by 2' Table

— Two (2) Chairs

— Four (4) Exhibitor Badges

 


Exhibit Hall End Cap (2 Corner Booths): $1,100.00
Booth measures 20' by 10' and includes pipe and drape along the back of the booth. Also included with this booth:

— Two (2) 8' by 2' Tables

— Four (4) Chairs

— Eight (8) Exhibitor Badges

 


Exhibit Hall Island (4 Corner Booths): $2,200.00
Booth measures 20' by 20'. Pipe and drape is not included for Island booths but is available upon request (request must be made before the convention to allow time for procurement). Also included with this booth:

— Four (4) 8' by 2' Tables

— Eight (8) Chairs

— Sixteen (16) Exhibitor Badges

 

 

GAME ROOM
Exhibit space in the Game Room is extremely limited and is intended for game retailers or game developers. Exhibitors in the Game Room must have primarily game related product. 

 

Game Room Artist Alley Tables: $200.00 each
 Artist Alley spaces are ~ 6' x  6'. Included with each Artist Alley Table:

— One (1) 6' by 2' Table

— Two (2) Chairs

— Two (2) Exhibitor Badges

Limit two (2) Artist Alley Tables per artist!

Note: Game Room Exhibitors may purchase quantity 2 or 4 of booths to have an End Cap or Island space depending on space availability.

 

 

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR BADGES
If you need to purchase additional exhibitor badges for your space, please contact us at meutizi@tucsoncomic-con.com. Additional badges are $40.00 each and are limited to 4 additional badges per Inline or Corner Booth and 2 additional badges per Artist Alley Table.

 


TAXES & FEES NOTICE
All exhibit space sales are subject to 8.7% sales tax, plus a 6% processing fee.

Non-Profit Table: $0.00

Non-profit tables are available for charitable organizations to display informational materials and provide community outreach. Table locations may be on the Exhibit Hall floor or in the upstairs hallway. Non-profits are allowed to sell their branded merchandise or host raffles benefiting their organization, but are not allowed to sell other merchandise. If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out.
