Please complete this registration form to participate in Main Street Gardnerville’s (MSG) 2025 Wine Walks. Thank you for your interest in becoming a Third Thursday Wine Walk Participant business. This is the longest-running signature fundraising series for Main Street Gardnerville, a 501c(3) non-profit organization whose mission, in partnership with our stakeholders, is to revitalize downtown Gardnerville utilizing design, organization, promotion, and district vitality to develop the unique identity and preserve the historic nature of our community.

This event aims to promote local businesses and organizations in a community-conscious, safe environment for all to enjoy. To ensure we have the business community's and participants' best interests in mind and stay in compliance with our permitting for the event, we have established the set of rules and guidelines below for your business’ participation. Wine Walks are included in all MSG Business Partnership Tiers.
