Welcome to the application for our Spring Market at Trinity Groves! This event will showcase a variety of vendors celebrating all things spring—from fashion and gardening to spring cleaning and beyond. If you feel your business fits the theme, whether it’s spring-inspired fashion, fresh flowers, outdoor goods, or anything that embodies the season, we encourage you to apply! Get creative and let us know what you can bring to this vibrant market.

General Information:
Application Deadline: All event applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event.
Event Date: Sunday, 3/9
Event Hours: The Spring Market will run from 11 PM to 5 PM.
Event Location: Trinity Groves, Dallas, TX.
Event Protocol:
Arrival & Setup: Vendors must arrive by 10 AM to ensure a smooth setup process. All booths must be fully set up by 10:45 AM to allow time for final preparations before the market opens at 11 PM.
Event Hours: The market will run from 11 PM to 5 PM. Please remain open during the entire event duration.
Breakdown: Breakdown must be completed within 30 minutes after the event concludes at 5 PM.
Food Vendors: Food vendors will be curated separately, as Trinity Groves is home to several on-site restaurants. We will accept produce-based goods or specialty foods that align with the theme, but other food vendors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Parking:
There are multiple free parking lots surrounding Trinity Groves for vendor and guest parking. Please follow the event coordinator’s directions for designated vendor parking areas.

Terms & Conditions Vendor Market Terms & Conditions By purchasing your vendor spot for the Vendor Market at Trinity Groves, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Vendor Eligibility · Priority will be given to vendors whose products or services fit the theme of the Vendor Market (including but not limited to spring-inspired fashion, gardening, spring cleaning, outdoor goods, etc.), but we encourage you to be creative in how your business can align with the spring season. · Food vendors will be selected separately and must align with the event’s vision. Trinity Groves restaurants will have priority in food offerings. All vendors must be in good legal standing and comply with all applicable laws and codes at the local, state, and federal laws. The event organizers reserve the right to reject any vendor application that does not meet the event's criteria. Approval Process · All vendor applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason. Please ensure you provide all required information, including your business name, products/services, pricing, insurance certificates, and contact details. Vendors must also provide a link to their business social media accounts—personal accounts will not be accepted. Websites are encouraged but not required. Booth Requirements · All vendors must provide their own booth setup, including a tent that is fully weighted down (20 lbs or more per leg). White tents are strongly preferred but not required. Vendors must arrive prepared with all materials necessary to create an inviting, professional booth. Get creative! · Booth Size: 10x10 booth spaces are required for 10x10 tents. Vendors with smaller or larger tents will not be allowed to participate. Booth Sharing: Vendors are NOT allowed to share booths unless approved by event management. Booths may not be transferred, sold, or given to another party. Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Failure to attend or last-minute cancellations will impact your eligibility for future events. Please ensure you are committed to the market date upon registration. Food Vendor Requirements · Food vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations. You must have valid and current permits, including food handling certifications, and comply with all local laws. Cottage food vendors must adhere to cottage food guidelines and proper labeling requirements. Note: Trinity Groves restaurants will have priority in food offerings. Conduct & Behavior · Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful demeanor toward customers, other vendors, and event staff at all times. · Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Discrimination of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. No Soliciting: Vendors may not solicit other events or businesses on the event grounds. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the event and may affect future participation. Weather Policy · The Vendor Market will take place rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather, including excessive heat, freezing conditions, or lightning, the event may be canceled. You will be notified if such conditions arise. Electricity & Generators · We must know about any electricity needs in advance. Electricity will be provided situationally, based on availability. Generators are NOT permitted. Parking · Vendors may unload their setup at their designated unloading area but will need to move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking lot. Directions to the vendor lot will be provided by event organizers. Please ensure that you follow these directions and leave the unloading area clear for other vendors. Music · No personal music is allowed in vendor booths. Music will be provided by the property throughout the event. Insurance & Liability · Vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance. Trinity Groves is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property, products, or equipment. Vendors are responsible for securing their own booths and ensuring the safety of their products and materials at their booths or at their designated parking spot. · Vendors, as a material part of the consideration to be rendered to Trinity Groves under this Vendor Agreement, shall defend, indemnify and hold Trinity Groves exempt and harmless from any claims, suits, actions, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising in connection with any damage or injury to any person, or the goods, wares and merchandise of any person, arising from the use of the Vendors Market by Vendor. Permits & Licenses · Food Vendors: Must provide proof of all necessary health permits and certifications prior to the event. · Non-Food Vendors: Must ensure that their products comply with local and state regulations. · Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses. Event Hours & Setup · The Vendor Market will be held from 11:00 PM to 5:00 PM. · Vendors must arrive by 10:00 AM and have their booth set up and finished by 10:45 AM. Late arrivals will be removed from the event without a refund. · Booth Breakdown: Vendors are required to remain open for the entire duration of the event (11:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Early breakdowns or leaving early is prohibited. Event Conduct & Cleanup · Vendors are expected to leave their booth space clean at the end of the event, removing all trash, products, and equipment. Failure to do so may result in a fine or exclusion from future events. Additional event details will be sent to you no later than the Wednesday before the event. Discrimination & Harassment · We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. Any vendor engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the event, and their eligibility for future participation will be affected.
