Join us for the Trilith Fitness Series, a monthly fitness opportunity brought to you by the Town at Trilith. The series takes place every third Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Town at Trilith, featuring a rotating selection of activities. On Saturday, November 18, we're thrilled to present HIGH fitness—an exciting, modernized take on aerobics that promises a heart-pounding, enjoyable workout. Certified Fitness Coach Lynn Anne Raabe, who teaches at The Sports Club at Braelinn, will lead the class, ensuring you stay motivated and have a blast. Dress accordingly and meet at "The Weight We Share" Hand Sculpture in Central Plaza on Trilith Parkway, opposite Barleygarden. After the workout, head to Nourish + Bloom Market for drinks and treats from local vendors and receive a Trilith swag bag. Pre-registration is required. Please note that the event is weather-dependent. Looking ahead, our December event will feature a 5K Race powered by Eric’s Fit Lab.
