About the event
Two Town at Trilith partners are teaming up with Trilith to bring a free monthly fitness opportunity. The Trilith Fitness Series will take place at Town at Trilith the third Saturday each month from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and rotate the featured activity. Saturday, August 19, will feature a HIIT Class (beginner-level) led by Piedmont Instructor Michelle. Dress appropriately for the event and the weather, participants should meet at "The Weight We Share" Hand Sculpture in Central Plaza on the corner of Trilith Parkway across from Barleygarden. Each event will end at Nourish + Bloom Market with local vendors with drinks and treats, and each participant will receive a Trilith swag bag. Pre-registration is required. Weather-dependent. Looking ahead, September will feature BodyCombat sponsored by Piedmont Wellness. No equipment needed.
