Be a part of making it all happen!
Set-up volunteers help to get the festival ready for attendees. These volunteers are literally the backbone of the festival. Depending on the shift, volunteers may help to deliver tables and chairs, put up tents, unload vehicles, and more. This role requires heavy lifting and at times, walking the festival grounds. Set-up volunteers must be able to lift and carry heavy items.
Depending on the shift, volunteers will check in either at the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce (900 Oak Street) or at the volunteer check-in booth before reporting to their volunteer location.
