Model Call Disclaimer / Terms and Conditions By participating in the 2024 Black Fashion Expo Model Call, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: Participants must be [age] years or older at the time of application. Open to individuals of all genders and backgrounds. Submission Requirements: All submitted materials, including photos and personal information, must be accurate and truthful. Inappropriate or offensive content will result in disqualification. Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their submitted materials. By participating, you grant Black Fashion Expo LLC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your materials for promotional purposes. Event Conduct: Participants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the event. Any disruptive behavior may lead to immediate disqualification. Judging and Decisions: Decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. Judges may provide feedback, but feedback is not grounds for contesting results. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Black Fashion Expo LLC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Liability: Black Fashion Expo LLC is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event. Publicity Release: By participating, you agree to allow Black Fashion Expo LLC to use your name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without compensation.
