Model Call Disclaimer / Terms and Conditions By participating in the 2024 Black Fashion Expo Model Call, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: Participants must be [age] years or older at the time of application. Open to individuals of all genders and backgrounds. Submission Requirements: All submitted materials, including photos and personal information, must be accurate and truthful. Inappropriate or offensive content will result in disqualification. Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their submitted materials. By participating, you grant Black Fashion Expo LLC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your materials for promotional purposes. Event Conduct: Participants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the event. Any disruptive behavior may lead to immediate disqualification. Judging and Decisions: Decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. Judges may provide feedback, but feedback is not grounds for contesting results. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Black Fashion Expo LLC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Liability: Black Fashion Expo LLC is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event. Publicity Release: By participating, you agree to allow Black Fashion Expo LLC to use your name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without compensation. Cancellation or Modification: Black Fashion Expo LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the event for any reason. Compliance with Laws: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Data Privacy: Personal information provided during the model call will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
