The artist or a representative must be present for the entire show. Set-up is Thursday, Feb 8, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. All art or crafts must be handmade. Artist must provide a table no larger than 8, display material, and their own payment portal. Tablecloths will be provided. Although we do not dictate the prices and sizes of your art, we encourage all artists to sell items that are Valentine's Day-themed. All participants must pay a non-refundable $75 fee to DFAL (Event Organizer) for offering and facilitating this event. It is important to note that DFAL will not be requesting any commission on the sales generated during the event. Exhibitors agree to adhere to this fee structure by participating in this event. DFAL is committed to supporting artists and creators, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this event a success for everyone involved. Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate a maximum of 15 artists for this event. Artist participation will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage interested artists to submit their applications promptly to secure a spot in the event. Once the maximum capacity of 15 artists is reached, we will no longer accept applications. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making this event a curated and vibrant showcase for our participating artists. DEADLINES: Application deadline is 1-31-24 or when we reach 15 artists. If you would like a T-shirt, the deadline is 1-15-24.
