Tickets are non-refundable to this event. However, if the event is canceled due to severe weather, funds will still be donated to the Greater Piedmont Adult & Teen Challenge. Children ages 14 and under are free with a ticketed adult, but will not receive a beverage ticket or commemorative cup. Remember to respect the garden and bring your chair/blanket!! The organizers have the right to make changes to the event, including cancellation due to acts of God , or changes to the schedule, program, venue. As the ticket is non-refundable, in the unlikely event that the fest should be canceled, organizers will still be able to use proceeds to benefit the partner non-profit. The organizers, partners, sponsors, venue and other related festival providers will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage that may occur to attendees, vendors, sponsors, its employees/volunteers, or property prior to, during or subsequent to the event period. All ticket holders, vendors, sponsors and accompanying individuals expressly release all of the aforementioned parties from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury. This event will be photographed and/or videotaped. By participation in this event, you hereby consent to the use of your likeness or image in those photographs or video for future promotional consideration by Favored Conferences and Events. Organizers have the right to amend and expand policies and procedures as necessary for the safety and smooth execution of the event and to stay in compliance with any laws or venue polcies.
