(Charge on the statement is from GABRIEL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, LLC.) * You are purchasing a one-day entry ticket. * Artists, exhibitors, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. Please note that in the event of changes to the scheduled performances or activities, including but not limited to alterations in timing, content, or format, refunds will not be provided. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket. No Animals are permitted except service dogs. “Service Animal” means any dog trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Pets providing emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations. Gabriel Entertainment Group is not responsible for vendor items on the festival day. DATE: FEB 10, 2024 LOCATION: Mizner Park Amphitheater 590 Plaza Real Boca Raton, FL 33432 HOURS: Saturday, February 10 • 12 pm - 9 pm ADMISSION: $25 adults, $15 children DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CAN IT BE SCANNED IT FROM MY PHONE? To keep the admission line moving, we ask that everyone print their ticket out and scan the paper ticket at the gate. On occasion, the scanners have a tough time reading the barcode from phones and for the sake of others around you, scanning a paper ticket makes the line move faster. CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE GATE? Yes, tickets may be purchased at the gate IF they're available. Admission to the venue is first-come, first-served. Performers and performance times are subject to change without notice. ARE REFUNDS, RAIN CHECKS OR EXCHANGES AVAILABLE? Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, rain checks, or exchanges. Before you purchase tickets, please carefully review your event and ticket selection. Policies prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner concerning the tickets you've purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site. If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket face value paid (less service fees). In no event will service fees, handling and delivery charges, or any other amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event. Event reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. PUBLIC EVENT You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to us and the Event Provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmissions, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. SECURITY / SAFETY You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without a refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, pocket knives, professional cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers. PERSONAL ITEMS No backpacks or small bags larger than 12" x 12" x 6" are allowed. Chairs, blankets, and reusable personal drink tumblers & bottles are admissible, however, guests must pour out all contents in drink containers before entering the event. These policies are for everyone's safety, no exceptions. All attendees are solely responsible for their personal items. The festival does not provide private lockers or a lost and found. In the event any personal items are lost or left behind, the SFSMF and GEG will not be held responsible. The South Florida Seafood & Music Festival and Gabriel Entertainment Group are the only authorized parties for ticket sales. No third-party individuals or companies are approved to resell tickets. In the event you purchased a ticket from a third party, the SFSMF and GEG will not be responsible for fraudulent tickets and therefore cannot issue a credit or allow entry. Individuals or third parties caught selling tickets without the written prior authorization of Gabriel Entertainment Group will be subject to legal action for fraud. Tickets also may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by Gabriel Entertainment Group.
