Vendor pricing: There will be no refunds. In the event of a cancellation we will first try to reschedule and then credits will be issued good towards any stallion event or balance. Trucks over 28ft maximum length $100 per every 10 ft extra Fire Permit fees & documentation included in all prices. Set up instructions: Set up will be available from 2 PM to 4 PM during each event. A detailed email will be sent in advance of the event. Health and fire inspections: All food vendors must file with the Cape May County Department of Health and may be subject to fees if inspected during the festival. Should you fail inspection and not be allowed to operate by either the Department of Health or the Open Flame Inspection, your vendor fee will not be refunded. Overnight Requirements:Event Vendors are required to be off premise of the event site within one hour after the scheduled closing time. Failure to do to may result in being uninvited to future events. Insurance: Food trucks are required at its sole cost and expense to carry and maintain, for the mutual benefit of itself, Stallion Marketing LLC, its members, agents and employees, a policy of general liability insurance against claims for personal injuries, wrongful death or property damage occurring on or about the Premises with minimum amount of coverage of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000), per occurrence, on account of bodily injury and/or death of one person and/or on account of damage to property. Vendor agrees to deposit said policy or policies (or certificates thereof) with Stallion Marketing, LLC by the vendor, one month prior to the beginning date of the event the vendor is applying for, with said policy or policies naming as insured Stallion Marketing LLC. Such policy of insurance shall be issued by an insurance company reasonably acceptable to Stallion Marketing LLC and shall bear an endorsement to the effect that the insurer agrees to notify Stallion Marketing LLC not less than ten (10) days in advance of any modification or cancellation thereof. Trash: Vendor is responsible for the removal of their own trash during and after the event.
