Event Details: Oct. 27th, 6-9pm. Lily & Sparrow Mercantile @ 1177 Reynolds St. SW, Covington, GA. Free street parking is available. Safety and Liability: Attendees and performers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. Behavioral Expectations: Zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, violence, or illegal activities. Zero-tolerance for any firearms and weapons on the property. If you have small children, please make sure they are supervised during the event and all performances. Photography and Videography: We encourage photos and videos, and to share the performances of the evening! Please also send and share to 678-763-2349. Performance Guidelines: While this event is at its core a celebration of Christ centric creativity, this is by no means an evangelism event. Our only agenda is to connect, discover, and celebrate Kingdom creativity. Therefore we ask that there would be no direct attempts to evangelize during your scheduled time. This includes preaching, teaching, or handing out evangelical written content. You may share your music, craft, art or other creative expression only. If in your sharing your message conveys the gospel message or your personal testimony, we celebrate and encourage this. As the organizers of this event if at any time we feel to share more it will be at our sole discretion. We firmly believe that if Jesus be lifted up He will draw others to Himself. We encourage honest and raw performances, however use of language must not be careless, but intentional and purposeful in conveying the message of your work. Please be mindful this is a family friendly event when making your performance selections. All performers must arrive between 6:00-6:15pm to receive their time slot.
