Okashicon is excited to announce "Spellbinding Sweetness", a J-Fashion mixer coming this year to San Japan 15! Join us for an afternoon of food, fashion, and fun at this one of a kind event. Attendees will enjoy brunch, games, and an opportunity to mingle with some of our fashion guests. Be sure to get your tickets early, because once they're gone, they're gone! We look forward to seeing you Sunday for this magical event! FAQ What is a "J-Fashion Mixer"? The mixer is an opportunity for Japanese fashion enthusiasts to celebrate their favorite styles and designers, in a fun and welcoming environment. Do I need a ticket to attend? Yes! In addition to a San Japan convention pass, you will need to purchase and additional ticket for this event. Only ticketed guests will be allowed at the mixer; tickets will be checked at the door. Do I have to wear lolita fashion? While many tea parties have a lolita fashion dress code, Okashicon embraces all Japanese fashions. We ask that all attendees come dressed in the style of their choice (decora, yume kawaii, tenshi kaiwai etc.) In the past, many of our attendees have opted to wear designs from our featured brands to show their support. You may also want to consider dressing to this year's theme for even more fun! Please note that cosplay is not allowed. What kind of food will be at the event? Your ticket includes a full brunch with coffee, juices, and tea. There will be some vegetarian and gluten free items on offer, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate other dietary restrictions. Which guests will be at the mixer? The mixer is a great time to have a little meet and greet with some of your favorite designers, several of whom will be in attendance. Stay tuned for announcements on exactly who will be there! Can I show up late to the party? We highly recommend that you show up on time to make sure you get to enjoy everything the mixer has to offer. Please be punctual so that you don't miss out on any of the food or activities we have planned. What else comes with my ticket? Each attendee will receive a goodie bag from the party as well as a raffle ticket to win prizes donated by our visiting fashion guests.
