Adult Early Tier 1 Registration Anime Detour registrations are memberships to a yearly event. The legal owner of a membership/badge/registration is the attendee listed on the registration. Only the legal owner of a membership (the attendee) may relinquish, transfer, or pick it up. As such, Anime Detour is required to collect the legally recorded name of the person who will own the membership. Providing false or otherwise fictitious names (i.e. non-legal names) on registrations can make it impossible for a badge to be issued.
