Description
ATTENDEE POLICY Each attendee must have ticket to enter. By obtaining a ticket to attend this event, you agree to abide by our attendee policy, subject to change at the sole discretion of Pride Frisco Festival 2023 organizers. We reserve the right to deny admission, prevent entry or require a person already admitted to leave for failure to comply with our policy, for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion. SECURITY  All attendees must have a ticket to be checked in and allowed entry to the festival. Minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  No firearms and weapons of any kind, concealed or otherwise, are allowed on property at any time, including cosplay and costume props, toys, and other make-believe weapons (e.g., toy guns, grenades, swords, daggers, knives, etc.).  Only on-duty security personnel are authorized to carry firearm.  All persons and bags entering must pass through metal detectors and be cleared by security personnel.  Prohibited items include: o Drugs, illegal substances, tobacco, cannabis, or fireworks o Animals (except service) o Weapons of any kind including objects that appear to be weapons o Banners or signs without prior approval o Outside food or drink  Attendees may dispose of unauthorized items or return them to their vehicles. Items will not be stored, secured, or kept from return by staff. Festival organizers reserve the right to prohibit any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate at their sole discretion. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and credentialed media. Your cooperation, patience, and understanding are greatly appreciated.  You may leave and return, but you will be required to go through security again.  Safety is everyone’s responsibility. If present, please refrain from engaging agitators. Report any suspicious person or activity, or if you feel unsafe for any reason, to Pride Frisco staff, security, or Frisco Police. Do not provoke or prolong confrontations. Do not provide or become viral content. You have the right to refuse to engage with or answer any questions from anyone.  Pride Frisco is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. As such, attendees are required to refrain from: o Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, intimidating, antagonizing, or illegal o Offensive language, profanity, or obscene gestures o Entering a restricted area without authorization o Verbal or physical harassment of anyone including religious preaching o Solicitation including commercial, religious, or educational unless pre-approved by organizers o Political campaigning   PRIVACY  Private (family) restrooms for single-person use are available throughout the concourse.  Expect photo and video recordings of the event. Attendees are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Video cameras, external microphones, tripods, monopods, detachable lenses, and cameras with an attached lens greater than 3 inches in length will not be permitted into the stadium except for credentialed media. For more information, visit fcdallas.com/stadium/policies.  CREDENTIALED MEDIA with Pride Frisco MEDIA pass can conduct and record interviews.  No amateur video recording of interviews.  Be cautious if someone asks to shoot a video of you. Ask them for credentials if they are not already displayed.  Agitators may be present. If present, it is important not to engage. These agitators often hope to have encounters with attendees to record and then edit or play out of context to amplify their positions. Engaging with these agitators does not change their minds, may put your safety and the safety of others around you in jeopardy, and only gives them what they want. It is tempting to get drawn into debates, but don’t do it.  You have the right to refuse to engage with or answer any questions from anyone.  If you feel threatened, harassed, unsafe, or see suspicious person or activity, please alert Pride Frisco staff, security, or Frisco Police. ACCESSIBILITY  FREE PARKING is available in both parking lots (See ATTENDEE MAP): o Guest Parking Lot (Sienna South LOT E1) o Vendor, Volunteer, and Overflow Lot (Sienna North LOT E2)  ENTRY & EXIT through the EAST GATE only.  DISABLED PARKING is available in the Guest Parking Lot near the EAST GATE.  MOBILE-ASSISTED dedicated entry lane is available, with a pedestrian crosswalk from Guest Parking Lot.  The festival venue is WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE throughout and on one level.  FIRST AID professionals and AED are available.
