Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for the Lake Cruise Networking Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
No Refunds:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, personal emergencies, or weather conditions.
Ticket Transfers:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your ticket to another individual.
The new ticket holder must be identified to the event organizer at least 48 hours before the event.
Notification must be sent via email to book@azeventspace.com with the new attendee's name and contact information.
Resale & Transfer Responsibility:
The original ticket holder is responsible for arranging and collecting payment for any resale.
AZ Event Space is not responsible for any third-party transactions or disputes regarding transferred tickets.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
If the event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.
If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
