2025 Downtown Lofts Tour Tickets

This ticket allows the holder to participate in the 2025 Downtown Lofts Tour. This is a largely self-guided tour that takes participants through a variety of buildings, both historic and new, in downtown Joplin, to explore the new face of urban dwelling. You may find a new place to visit or even a new place to call home! Through the years, visitors to the tour should be able to see the progress made at certain locations as they go from from rough industrial locations to luxe condos and lofts. Volunteer docents of varying expertise will be onsite at each stop. We recommend that you allow at least 2.5 hours to fully complete this tour.

This ticket allows the holder to participate in the after hours Tip Top Toast: A VIP Reception Under the Stars event, following the 2025 Downtown Lofts Tour. Purchase of this ticket also allows admission into the daytime Lofts Tour itself. At Tip Top Toast, revelers will gather on the rooftop of the historic Columbian Building at 418 S Main and enjoy live music, a signature cocktail, wine, beer, delicious small plates, and decadent sweet treats, all while enjoying sweeping views of downtown. In case of inclement weather, this event will move to a suitable (though still very cool) indoor location. This fundraiser benefits Downtown Joplin Alliance, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to the continued revitalization of our historic downtown district.
